How we do it
Our instructors and physiotherapists add resistance props such as booty bands, hand weights, pilates rings and balls to accentuate the challenge on our sculpting muscles. Think lengthening moves, slow pulses and holds to really leave you feeling long, and strong. Each class will incorporate, glutes, legs, core and arms.
