After observing the powerful impact of focusing his tennis clients to mindfulness, meditation and mindset, he began a journey through yoga to discover how to empower others to live happy, wellbeing focused lives.
His classes focus on clever sequencing to target commonly problematic muscles in the body. He believes in making yoga approachable for all people and enjoys creating classes for all levels.
