Michelle is one of our experienced physiotherapists and clinical pilates instructors who joined us in 2019, after returning from London, where she worked in a prominent sports clinic for 2 years. Michelle’s passion for sport, exercise, and healthy living started through her love for netball, which she has played at state and national level for many years.
This sporting background has given her a true insight into the importance of having a holistic approach to fitness, including mobility, muscle strength and core stability, and finding what works for the individual. She developed a love for clinical pilates following having a back injury herself as a young netballer, and watching her body morph into a stronger and more resilient version of itself, through a tailored rehabilitation program.
Michelle is motivated by the opportunity to help all of her patients achieve a more enjoyable, healthy and pain-free life, in whatever way that may be. Book in for a physiotherapy assessment, massage, dry needling, or clinical pilates session to see how Michelle can help you achieve your goals.
