Kristina completed a Certificate IV in Pilates & Certificate IV Fitness in 2016 after spending several years transforming her body and mind through fitness and Pilates herself. She now enjoys educating others to become physically and mentally stronger, by empowering them to challenge themselves and move their bodies. She particularly enjoys educating people on building body awareness and strength so clients can then take this into other areas of their life.
3 fun facts about Kristina:
- She spent almost 10 years in the Property industry prior to becoming a full time Pilates teacher.
- Loves to stay fit with a combination of Pilates, weights, HIIT and new bike.
- Has travelled to 11 countries predominantly as a solo traveller.
