Kat has been part of the health industry for over 10 years now, working in the field throughout studying her Bachelor and Masters of Nutrition. Her passion for Pilates started after taking classes to balance her gym training and her work/study schedule. She has learnt and understood her body more than ever since taking lessons and she loves to incorporate her knowledge and passion through each and every class, encouraging clients and focusing on specific needs to support her clients as she can. Kat has lived her whole life through health and wellness which she could talk about for hours!
3 fun facts about Kat:
- I have started learning guitar during COVID.
- I was never allowed a dog growing up so the day I turned 18 I bought one myself.
- My favourite outdoor activity is rollerblading around the MCG (when footy isn’t on).
