Guided by physiotherapists to ensure effective, specific, but also challenging and fun exercise postnatally to help assist in timely and. complete postnatal recovery.
We offer a unique Postnatal Pilates class, held in a small group setting with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists so that you receive the highest level of expertise and knowledge to effectively guide YOUR postnatal recovery and yet at an accessible and affordable rate. Our classes are designed so they can be tailored to your particular needs and stage postnatally, no matter how far along you are, how your pregnancy and labour wear. We treat you all personally and to your needs.
Bubs are incredibly welcomed to Postnatal Classes (we love cuddles!). Bring a mat, bouncer, or leave sleeping in their capsule or bassinet. If disaster strikes we’ll give you exercises you can do with bub!

How to get started:
We strongly recommend starting with a 1:1 Postnatal Assessment with one of our physiotherapists prior to commencing Pilates.
Postnatal Assessment: Strongly suggested from approximately 6 weeks post birth. A single 40 minute session with our trained postnatal physiotherapists. We learn about your pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey, check for any residual abdominal separation, and then find out your goals and needs. Using any remaining time to assess and discuss pelvic floor, treat any niggles or pain, develop a home exercises plan, or get out and make a start in the studio!
